Sheryl has helped me through both the buying and selling process in the Cowichan Valley over the past few years. During the buying process She worked hard and was very prompt at responding to my questions and concerns with a flexible schedule. We emailed and talked on the phone while I was living out of Province at the time. Even though I couldn’t be around in person I felt very comfortable communicating and working with Sheryl thanks to her knowledge of the market, and area. Eventually the deal went through in our favour thanks to her persistence.

When it was time to swltierell she spent great attention to detail on staging, pictures, and virtual tours making the property stand out over the others. This allowed us to maximize the interest on the home resulting in multiple views and offers. She always looked out for my interest refusing to accept bully offers before the home could be viewed multiple times. I would highly recommend Sherly to my friends and family. I also look forward to working with her again in the future for my next Real Estate investment.
